After a long time being out of action due to wind damage (probably most of the year), the wind turbine at Nympsfield finally got repaired. The job took about two days as the whole thing had to be taken apart to get to the broken item (a bearing).
The large white round thing on the ground is the generator, the blue bits are where the blades attach to. This was filmed at around 8pm which is why it's a little dim looking. You will need the Adobe / Macromedia Flash Player 8 or later to view it. Video is copyright of nailsworth.com.
