Here at Nailsworth Central, we have been alerted to a new nasty fence that has sprang up along the cycle trail in recent times more or less behind Papa's Pizzas. After working out how to get the chain back onto the 'Chronicle Trusty Mountain Bike' and over inflating the tyres, we sent our reporter to investigate. Indeed the fence is a nasty one, you won't want to tangle with it as it must be one of the most dangerous structure's in the valley. It replaces an old 'posted' wooden fence, that was easy to get a bike through if you wanted to get from the A46 at Inchbrook onto the safety of the cycle track. Looking through our extensive collection of photographs of similar subjects we came across another nasty one, this time a gate into the Inchbrook end of Woodchester Park. Note the barbed wire rolled around the top pole. As these two items are in the same locality ie Inchbrook is this telling us something?
