Well the saga continues. Longfords Mill has apparently been sold again, this time to Howard Tenens Ltd, a company based at Thrupp. The advertised price of £1 million for the site was exceeded, according to the local papers. Nothing is expected to be seen of any conversion work to create 70 to 80 homes for at least six months, but when it does rest assured photographs of it will be on this web site.
